The Development Summit is an annual day of learning and networking that started in 2001 and is for all development staff from all the Mass General Brigham entities. We work to create a program that provides inspiration and valuable information that each participant can take back to their workplace.

The day has included plenary topics of interest relevant to all and professional workshops focused on specific development tactics. Notable speakers who have presented in the past include leaders: Jack Connors Jr., Dr. Gary Gottlieb, Dr. Betsy Nabel, and Dr. James Mongan; clinicians Dr. Bruce Walker and Dr. Timothy Ferris; and donors The Iacocca Family Foundation, Steven Haley, and Carroll Pierce.

Invitees: Invitees include all development staff from all Mass General Brigham entities, currently numbering over 475.

Agenda: The day includes plenary topics with various opportunities for networking among peers as well as breakfast, lunch, and a closing reception.
